Burkett’s provided a good overall plan with responsiveness and helpfulness in managing such a complex project. Marlon and Marshall were very supportive in moving the process along. Kat, the in office facilitator, kept me up to date with the schedule and in addressing any concerns. I was really impressed with the efficiency, skills, professionalism, and, courtesy of the work crews. Once completed the final results were everything I had anticipated, much appreciated.
Our whole pool remodel experience was top notch from the get go! Marlin our estimator showed up when he said. We told him we needed it ready for my husband’s 60th Birthday party in June. He said as long as we returned the signed contract right away it would be possible. Our coordinator Kat always informed us when the guys were showing up and what was to be done. Burkett’s was amazing. Kay was in constant communication with us and always responded promptly when we had questions. They turned our pool into a beautiful place to relax. Could not have been more satisfied. The work crews were professional and always cleaned up after themselves, leaving the yard looking as if they were never there. 5 star service!! I’ve already recommended Burkett’s to multiple friends and colleagues.
Burketts was awesome! I hired another pool company to resurface the pool and they left me in a nightmare situation. Burketts picked up the job from demo and resurfaced the pool so that it looks fantastic! It started with Marlon who gave me TLC customer service. Burkett’s did an exceptional job installing the tile and pebbletec finish! The staff was incredibly customer-service-oriented, professional, and incredibly helpful. Janine was particularly helpful throughout the entire remodeling process of our pool. We appreciate your prompt attention to our pool’s preparation for the summer season!
