WW Country Club – We ordered a new Ice machine through Burkett. It arrived in new condition, the freight company driver was patient and helpful in unloading the ice machine. We look forward to doing business with them again, we saved nearly $1500 buying it through Burkett vs local distributor. Thanks for the good experiance.
HORRIBLE BUSINESS – BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Our business purchased "refurbished" ovens from this company and WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN! The ovens were nasty!!!! Not to mention they were not labeled correctly! They were labeled for 220 3 phase and when we hooked them up to the electricity labeled, they blew! When contacting this company regarding this they told us to call someone to fix it. They paid for the labor on the fix and left us with a bill over $3000! Good Experience – I opened a bar and was told to take a look at Burkett's by several of my business friends. When I called I talked to AJ, the sales manager. He was really knowledgable and talked in a no nonsense way- which I really appreciated. A lot of the items I needed were cheaper here than any where else- another plus. I ordered several new and used items. I received my shipment a couple of days before the estimated arrival date. No problems! Overall a good experience!
SCAMMERS and LIARS CONTROL FREAKS – yes these people are CROOKS, and we strongly urge you not to buy equipment from them. One of their representative, (name removed due to threats) is a solid idiot thief and will not help you once you get broken equipment shipped to you after waiting weeks or months for your delivery. He will lead you on and then he will abandon you. Also, please note that they use YRC deliveries and other delivery services and they are in on their SCAM. Do Not Buy Used Equipment – My experience with Burkett was and is a disaster - they claim "refurbished" but ship dirty, broken equipment and try to deal with the junk after they have your money. I spent almost $8000 on 2 lincoln pizza ovens - shipped to me and NEITHER OVEN WORKED. It has been 8 months ago and I still have a broken oven, broken promises from Burkett, and I am the s ucker.
