So far, so good... I've had a couple of dealings with Burkett, all new equipment, and found their pricing and service to be pretty good.
Pleasant Experience I have enjoyed dealing with Burkett Restaurant Equipment on several occasions. Every time, I have found their inside sales personnel to be knowledgeable and very friendly. Their pricing is comparable with other supply companies.

Dont buy used equipment here My experience with Burkett was and is a disaster - they claim "refurbished" but ship dirty, broken equipment and try to deal with the junk after they have your money. I spent almost $8000 on 2 lincoln pizza ovens - shipped to me and NEITHER OVEN WORKED. It has been 8 months ago and I still have a broken oven, broken promises from Burkett, and I am the s ucker. Owner/Chef I found the best price at Burkett for the char grill that I wanted and they matched the lowest price for the 2 cambro pan carriers. I will definetly be ordering through them for my catering and food cart supplies.
Restaurant Owner I bought 2 cases of mugs for my restaurant. They immediately began to crack & chip. It was obvious to me that they were not restaurant quality. Prior I have used Tuxton brand, but trying to save a few bucks I bought a different brand. After nearly all were chipped(within a 2 wk period) I called customer service. I was told to take pics of the mugs and send them via email. That was in Feb, this is now April and I have not heard anything from Burkett.
