So far, so good... I've had a couple of dealings with Burkett, all new equipment, and found their pricing and service to be pretty good.
Restaurant Owner I bought 2 cases of mugs for my restaurant. They immediately began to crack & chip. It was obvious to me that they were not restaurant quality. Prior I have used Tuxton brand, but trying to save a few bucks I bought a different brand. After nearly all were chipped(within a 2 wk period) I called customer service. I was told to take pics of the mugs and send them via email. That was in Feb, this is now April and I have not heard anything from Burkett. Burkett Restaurant equipment – I was in the market for new equipment and Burkett had the best prices for the brands I was looking for. Their sales representatives are very knowledgeable. They made sure I was getting exactly what I needed and expected. Delivery was fast, and with free shipping.
The Dog House – We are in the process of opening a hot dog restaurant and after working with several restaurant equipment suppliers have chosen Burkett. They are quick to respond to questions, provide solutions to problems and suggest alternate items. Very friendly and easy to work with!

Eager to please – I opened a pizza place about a month ago and ordered majority of my equipment through this company.
