Restaurant Owner I bought 2 cases of mugs for my restaurant. They immediately began to crack & chip. It was obvious to me that they were not restaurant quality. Prior I have used Tuxton brand, but trying to save a few bucks I bought a different brand. After nearly all were chipped(within a 2 wk period) I called customer service. I was told to take pics of the mugs and send them via email. That was in Feb, this is now April and I have not heard anything from Burkett. Dont buy used equipment here My experience with Burkett was and is a disaster - they claim "refurbished" but ship dirty, broken equipment and try to deal with the junk after they have your money. I spent almost $8000 on 2 lincoln pizza ovens - shipped to me and NEITHER OVEN WORKED. It has been 8 months ago and I still have a broken oven, broken promises from Burkett, and I am the s ucker.
