I live there is wonderful place
I stayed here a couple days with a friend.. I love the way The apartment is made and the floor plan... I do understand a lot of people have complained about Burkett place.. you do need to upgrade on a lot of stuff... Plus kids need a pool and a playground.. could you please work on that.. May you have a blessed day...
Avoid this place. Its a non smoking property but you have several people that break the rules. I'm awakened, just about every morning, by the disgusting smell of marijuana and or cigarettes. The offenders do it allday long, getting into my lungs and aggravating my allergies. The stench is so overpowering, that it's nauseating. I have trouble going to sleep, because they blow it into my bedroom, all night. If you or your kids have allergies or asthma, don't move here. You're playing the lottery of getting decent neighbors tha... read more
