I had an exam to replace old bridges She was very curt,rude and unfeeling.
Dr Burkett did extensive reconstruction of my teeth over many months.She is the best prosthodontists and I would recommend her services very highly.I have the utmost confidence in her and will remain her patient for life. She has a sympathetic and courteous chair side manner.We discussed what needed to be done and I am delighted with the outcome. The treatment I received was first class although not painless. Dr Burkett's staff are kind and efficient and her office facilities are modern and comfortable
My experience with her was a bad one. I found her to be demeanor to be very unpleasant and domineering. In my opinion, if she does not feel that she has complete control over the discussion and entire experience as a whole, she is angry. Because the relationship started off this way, I wondered what the underlying reason was. I kept thinking that maybe something's wrong with her physically or maybe she's going through some bad experience in her life. This one is a GOOD ONE!!! Total class act, very profecient, has a wonderfull "down-to-earth" essense of being that is very comfortable and instills total confidence for her patients. She is sincerely genuine and most empythetic. I have very high confidence in Dr. Burkett, in her abilities and skills.
