Be honest with the customer. Do quality work and stand behind it. Don't put inferior product to make more money. I would not recommend Klein's. They have lost my trust.

So, I am being asked, how can Burke's DKI improve. For starters, Return phone calls, answer questions without being defensive. Call back with information I am waiting for when you tell me you will. Finish the job you started instead of getting butthurt about some miss-communication. Dot be defensive and argumentative when things go wrong. It was a stressful situation that our church dealt with last week, as we discovered a leak that had gone into the wall, under the cabinets and under the Laminate Wood flooring in our newly renovated church nursery. James from DKI came and put us at ease right away.
