SERIOUSLY DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE – Not really happy w/service.. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. The owners must have written the 5 star reviews themselves.. Tried to fix set, couldn't. Wanted to sell other set to me but didn't have all the money needed & business is business; not willing to wait for rest of payment.. So, not sure if the repairman thought I copped an attitude but attitudes did change (I was upset) but I was a customer & they are always right... IMO.. Called shop about 2:pm; got answering machine.. Wonder Why?
Business response:
Shop is going thru changes and unfortunutely it was unorganized at the time. The tv that was brought over need a part that the cost of replacing the part was very costly and that is not our fault that the mfg charge so much for replacement parts. We offered customer a good used tv in good faith (as far as payments we are not a bank or lending institution) we take credit cards and this is what we get. Accusing us of writing our own reviews is obsurd and uncalled for.
Professional shop – This company is definitely professional and the lady that answers the phone surely is knowledgeable and very courteous. Reasonable rates and on time service. WOULD RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO EVERYONE
Great Repair Shop – This shop was courteous when I called in. They set up an appointment in a reasonabe time. They arrived 5 mins late (no big deal). They performed their job to repair my Mitsubishi 1080 tv. Diagnosis was right on que and the repair was done in a very reasonable time. The best part is the price was extremely fair. Almost a hundred dollars cheaper than competetors... I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY YOU WONT BE DISAPPOINTED.
