I am rating this company an A+++++. They were able to repair my television at a very reasonable price and in a timely manner. Milton knowledge and expertise is just amazing. His wife Debbi is so personable and honest. 2009 Mitsubishi that would not come on. Found the power supply defective. Repaired board and charged me a very reasonable price and spent 2 hours and got the job done. I was only separated from my television for the weekend. Thanks for all your good work. RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ALL.
I brought my flat screen tv in to Burkes Electronics last week and was pleasantly surprised with the quick, reasonable priced, and professional service. The work was completed within a hour and the price was less than 50% cheaper than other repair shops quoted me in the area. I would highly recommend Burkes Electronics based on my experience.
Exceptional Service – I have never met a person with so much knowledge of electronics. The tech not only knowledgeable but with a sense of humor. Needless to say I highly recommend this company. He repaired my Pioneer Tv when no other shop could. It took him a little extra time, but now I have my 65 inch tv working very well. Quickest, Best & Most Honest Customer Service Around!! – I have a Panasonic VHS/DVD-R that wasn't working for me, and after speaking with Debbi on the phone, she told be I could drop it off and they would take a look at it and let me know what the estimate would be IF it was repairable and BEFORE they did any work. Fixed at a fair price – Burke's came out and fixed my TV on-site. They were courteous, conscientious, and did a great job at a very fair price. I wouldn't hesitate to call on them again.
My Second time using Burkes – This is my second time using Burkes and what a pleasure its been. I bought a flat screen Vizio for my son about a year or so ago. He was watching his favorite show and the unit went pop and no picture or sound. I had not purchased an extended warranty so the repair was on me. I took it to Burkes and within several hours the tv was up and running. The price for this quick service was worth it. They charged me $125 to repair and my son is happy. Great shop – I brought my Plasma and LCD to the shop for repair. It was obvious that they were doing some re-organization and was a little dirty. Nevertheless I left my two items there with them. The estimates on both units were very reasonable and offered a fair turn around time for the repair. Fast and Friendly and Honest – Wow what a fine business I found at Burkes Electronics I will always bring my Vizio back if it ever has another problem they were very friendly to me. It made me very sad to hear about that extortionist that has been lying on reviews in the internet .
DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE – Terrible!! I dropped the TV myself, they worked out of the back of their house, what they call the office is a pig sty!! Dirty, stuff all over, really disgusting. Left the TV anyway thinking they would not charge much.It took them a week to get to it, they wanted too much. Went back to pick up TV, same filth. Shop is going thru some changes and unfortunutely he saw it at its worse. The replacement part price was costly and that is not our fault. The customer was told to call first if we were done putting unit together and he just showed up and now giving us a slam for shotty work and no screws (some of the screws were missing anyway). If customer was so unhappy he should fo made it face to face, not behind a computer
