I could truly go on for days about issues we’ve had with the building process to the issues we’re still having 6 years into living in our home. But the best thing I can do is just to recommend not buying new from this company - homes built by them and then later sold by a previous owner may be okay because they’ve taken care of the problems themselves. However, depending on the development you choose, there’s issues with roads, driveways, and the awful company they use for HOA and rental management.

If I could give 0 stars. I wouldn’t recommend Burkentine to my worse enemy. Has increased pricing however does not know the meaning of Emergency maintenance and has incompetency as upper management. To be honest anyone in corporate seems incapable and Tanya Franklin needs a new career as she is pretentious and non helpful. I hated it and couldn’t get away fast enough.
