Melanie & Callie have performed numerous appraisals for both my clients and my personal needs over the years. Always punctual, professional & knowledgeable, I recommend Burkeen Appraisals for any appraisal services one may need.
Mr. Burkeen was arbitrarily assigned to our property for a refi. Had access to appraisal done less than a year ago. Spent 20 minutes at our property, gave us $50k less than last year. Called to discuss discrepancies and he wouldn’t agree to any changes. Probably had 7-10 appraisals in our lifetime. Never had an experience like this.
