The tech that came to my house Matt was very nice we spoke the whole time as he explained what he was looking at and looking for as he diagnosed our issue. Explained to me what he recommended to be fixed and our unit is working fine now. I told Matt at the end. I hope I never see him again for an issue with my HVAC unit, but it was really nice talking to him. If I do need To call Burkee I will request Matt. Pete P
George the technician is always very friendly and explains what they are going to do for the servicing. Good to see George each time when the service is done. Burkee is Highly recommended!

George is the friendliness, respectful, honest technician we have ever had in the 29yrs we have lived in our house. I cannot say enough about Burkees and their employees since we've had their services in the last 2 yrs.
