Just watched one of their van drivers drive like an absolute lunatic in Hatfield. Guy cut over two lanes of traffic without a signal, ran a red light and sped through the Walmart parking lot just to avoid waiting at another red light he was initially at. Absolute nonsense! Hire better people/drivers!
Technician arrived early and checked out my heater which was on, but had been working intermittently. After working for 24 hrs, the heater shut off again. Burkee came back out within 2 hrs of my call. This time the error code was showing and tech was able to determine the cause of the failure. They are ordering me a new part to be installed tomorrow. Apparently, my new part wasn't still under warranty from the manufacturer, but since my contract said it was, Burkee covered the cost of the part for me.
