Ruben called to say he would be a few minutes early for the appointment. Ruben arrived and he walked me through the entire maintenance process and explained it thoroughly. Ruben also showed me what he was doing during the process and provided me with tips to extend the life of the furnace heating and ac systems, and how to make the system work efficiently and effectively. Burkee is fortunate to have Ruben as part of its team. Ruben was very professional and personable during the entire process.
Matt was the tech assigned to my semi annual preventive maintenance. He had been to our house several times for preventive maintenance visits as well as for an emergency repair. He’s knowledgeable always very thorough and courteous to us. It’s a pleasure to deal with him. We have been pleased with all the techs from BURKEE that we have had over the years; they represent their company well. You can’t go wrong if you use them for your HVAC work.
Great company to work with. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable and fast service. Got all of our questions and/or concerns addressed/answered. Their check of our system revealed we had a small external propane leak too which we took care of through our propane company. Thank you for your thorough and efficient service. We now have safe working systems and peace of mind!
Great tech arrived in the window of time promised did a great job of PM the heater
I selected Burkee HVAC company from the online posted reviews and I am delighted that I did. George the HVAC technician showed up today on time and was very friendly and respectful. I had George do a tune-up on my gas furnace and a checkup on my air conditioning and the work was completed quickly with a understandable explanation of all tasks completed. Signed up for the service contract immediately!
