Everyone is very nice and very helpful. My facial was excellent and my massage always out of the this world! � I recommend it to anyone who needs a relaxing time to themselves but also as a awesome gift certificate.! �

Peaceful Bliss!!!! My therapist/masseuse was qualified and had stellar people skills as well as interesting mind, memory body connection engaging and informative conversation. I nearly fell asleep lathered in warm lavender oil bliss. When I made my appointment for a deep tissue massage I told the desk clerk I recently had full knee replacement surgery and he told me I would be on the ground level so I wouldn’t have to walk up a large flight of stairs. When my massage therapist showed up he explained we were on the second floor! Not good and very little foresight on Burke Williams. In a town we’re there are spas on every corner charging 50.00, you would think for 150.00 a massage they would wake up to their clients needs

Brian did great massage, gentle but firm in places that needed it. Yesenia gave good neck massage and good tips. would have liked more facial like mask
