My Received Complaint to The BBB. Burke Plumbing was referred to me for an AC Unit that had not been working or used since I purchased the business 5+ years ago. I explained to the Owner-Jim Burke that I did not own the building and the repair work needed to be within my budget, as a need to have or nice to have. Burke Plumbing never presented me with an estimate for the job and when I inquired as to a rough estimate of how much, I was told he didn’t know and it would be a few days. This company did work without my permission and then wrote up ridiculous charges that they won’t explain to me. They won’t even return my phone call, so it’s obvious they know exactly what they did! They took advantage of me because I was not there and charged my tenants for the work!! Stay far away from this business!!
Con artist, will do unapproved work then bill astronomical prices then refuse to return calls questioning work and pricing . Avoid
RecommendedPrompt service, nice guy and fix our furnace!!! He replaced our furnace computer board...we were lucky he had one in the truck... They gained a new customer today...no doubt
