Excellent service. Very quick in scheduling an appointment same day. They really helped with selecting the perfect style of glasses for me.
Dr. Sandoval is the best, hands down!
Had a great experience at Burke Optometry. Dr Sandoval was very helpful and personable even helped me pick out a frame. The other worker that was helping me I unfortunately did not catch her name also provided great customer service and was patient with me while I tried on a lot of frames. Really appreciated the great customer service I received.
The staff and facilities are nice. However they do not explain insurance options or look out for clients. They say they take VSP and I was charged over $500 for a pair of knock off brand glasses. My coworker went to another optometrist and purchased 3 pairs of name brand glasses for $300, including Oakley and Nike. Staff never informed that they do not fully take VSP on glasses. I feel manipulated and taken. I would avoid and go elsewhere.
