Would be nice if the young doctor says that the test she is doing will cost you extra and how much it will cost, rather than surprise you at your check out. It cost me another $100+ dollar for something I though part of my basic eye check. The other clinic I visited does that.
As usual I got excellent service from Dr. Germaine Burke. She is super friendly and very competent in her profession. I will be a satisfied patient for years to come.
Came in this morning and the employee who helped me at the counter was extremely kind and professional. When I explained that the nose pad on my glasses had come off, she politely asked me to have a seat. In less than five minutes, she returned with my repaired glasses. She replaced both nose pads and tightened the frames for a more secure, comfortable fit. I'm very happy with the excellent service I received here and truly appreciate how quickly and efficiently they took care of my glasses. I highly recommend this place!
