The staff and facilities are nice. However they do not explain insurance options or look out for clients. They say they take VSP and I was charged over $500 for a pair of knock off brand glasses. My coworker went to another optometrist and purchased 3 pairs of name brand glasses for $300, including Oakley and Nike. Staff never informed that they do not fully take VSP on glasses. I feel manipulated and taken. I would avoid and go elsewhere.
I absolutely love Burke Optometry! From my first visit ... I realized I had never had such a thorough examination of my eyes with any other optometrist. Both Dr. Burke's are extremely kind and caring people. I highly recommend their services. Their staff is so friendly, you will feel right at home from first contact to fitted glasses.
My eye exam was delightfully thourough!
I just called to make an appointment for me and my wife and she puts me on hold for long time and when she finally back , she said please stay in hold and she kept me in Hold again until i had to hang up .
