Update..Dr.Mogga moved away and my daughters and myself were placed with NP Bone. She is so amazing. She is thorough and explains everything. My little one has been having a issue and she quickly got her out for testing and followed up. I feel really lucky to have NP Bone for our care. The whole clinic including receptionists are just lovely. I cannot imagine a better run clinic. Thank you Np Bone and all receptionists for your help and kindness. Great clinic. Dr.Chinwe Ezisi and the entire staff are absolutely wonderful! They are professional, caring, and truly listen to their patients. Dr. Ezissi takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes you feel comfortable and confident in your care. The office is well organized, and everyone from the front desk to the nurses is friendly, respectful, and efficient. It’s such a relief to find a doctor who genuinely cares and a team that works so well together. I highly recommend Dr. Chinwe Ezisi and her staff!
My GP moved from Richmond to Coquitlam recently. The system that Kanata Clinics uses is wonderful. Simple to use and very convenient offering video and phone appointments. Any interactions with reception have been awesome as well. I was not about to give up a wonderful GP and this service saves me trips to Coquitlam.

The reception ladies were so rude to me. Came in and sat down to look for my information when I looked up, the two ladies were discussing about me. I stood up and went over to the window and greeted them, they just looked at me and said nothing, I repeated 3 times and even waved and they just asked who am I here to see.? Then I told the lady that I didn't like how they handled my situation, she just said "oh we didn't hear you". No apologies whatsoever.
