Dr Sean McLoughlin is the best Optometrist I've been to in my 60+ years.
The front desk persons are overworked and not friendly. I was personally kicked out of an exam room in the middle of a test exam to make room for another customer. OMG this was so rude and not the way to treat patients. Horrible bed side manners! I would not recommend this place to friends and family.
I am not going to type a long review to state why I like this office. My kids, hubby and I all come here. Dr. McLaughlin is the best, very professional and we won’t have it any other way. Those I referred here have called to to say thank you so much, he must be doing something right. 6 stars � from us!
I started going to see dr. McLaughlin 5 years ago. He's a great doctor very knowledgeable and personable however as of the last 2 years I have had problems with the quality of lenses I have received from them. One pair of glasses the lens started to crack and another pair one lens started to peel. My mistake was waiting three to four months to say something. Very good staff. smart, knowledgeable and friendly. Doc McLaughlin is the best eye doc I have encountered in my 30 something years of wearing and buying glasses. A pleasure to deal with and as professional yet "unstuffy" as you would want for the person overseeing your aging eyesight!
Four years as a patient here, I would not consider switching practices. The customer service, patient care, and medical practice are truly five star worthy. They also carry a great variety of stylish frames, in multiple price points! You won't regret the decision to make an appointment here.
