Quite possibly the worst visit and application to a rental I’ve ever encountered. We had an appointment and there was a sign saying they were having “an administrative day” and if you had an appointment to call. I did call. No one answered. 50 minutes late two women showed up with their lunches. We looked at it. Wanted it. And she sent us a link. We did the application on a Monday. We called she said two to three days. This complex has become very rough. I lived here from 2020 to 2024 and watched the place go down hill while living there. There are a handful of problem tenants who choose to resolve disputes with loud arguments in the parking lot, by fighting, and even by pulling guns on each other. Also, tenants blast music in their backyards in the middle of the night and management does nothing about it. There were many times I had to shelter in place in the bathroom because neighbors had pulled guns on each other. The local p-patch has ... read more
