Great location, inconsistent management & property maintenance not a priority anymore. Buildings beginning to feel dilapidated. Often, no one is in the office during posted office hours. If I were to have a serious maintenance issue I doubt it would be addressed promptly.
The problem was fixed very quickly.
Too many inspections, seem like it’s every 2-3 months
Alex was respectful, thorough and professional. He helped me with a plan to rid the wall of the mouse and ordered new blinds. He's a keeper. 5 stars I still have not yet received my recert which was due October 1. I would appreciate expediting it sovI can budget for the holidays. 3 stars
