I had an inspection done my Mr. Jesse Burke well over a year and a half ago. I've reached out to him multiple times through both office and cell numbers. I've also tried sending him text messages to no avail. Mr Jesse did the inspection and he is extremely knowledgeable, however he did not provide the report. He just disappeared I understand if you can't do it, just communicate. Now I have to find another accredited structural engineer to have another inspection done and have a report produced. He came to tour our roof damage to assess the structural reconstruction needed, then said he would send a report but never did. We are a month out now since his assessment with no report with no explanation. His VM is full and his cell does not accept text messages. One would assume he has ghosted us at this point. I would not recommend.
