Great experience buying my new Traverse. They don’t treat you like a number at Burke. They truly appreciate your business as they help guide your purchase. Hector walked me through all the new technology inside the vehicle. I had tons of questions but Hector was so patient with me and even said to swing in anytime for another tutorial if needed. I also noticed how the staff at Burke acknowledged and welcomed everyone who walked in the door that day.
Nice folks, seemed fair and helpful at the time. Truck was nice until out of warranty when engine blew at 83,00 miles then wouldn't even speak to me and rushed me out the door.
Dan & Fran were excellent with my truck buying process. They really went out of their way with making it happen for me. Defitnetly would recommend!
