Vehicle was fixed right, on time, and price as quoted. Justin even had a recall order fixed that didn’t expect to get done… The awesome staff is on the ball !!!
The service department dismisses complaints especially if under warranty. Just poor behavior. I'll search for a better serviced brand.
Very pleasant people. Excellent customer service. I enjoyed Bill Campbell stopping in the waiting room to chat with me. Paul from the service department was so helpful and accommodating of my vacation schedule coming up. I highly recommend Burke Chevolet for purchasing a car and for servicing your vehicle.
The staff was great to work with when we bought our car there to replace one that was totaled in an accident. Easy & Fast!!
