Going to Burke Chevrolet by far has been the best experience I have had buying a car. Everyone was so helpful and kind , and not pushy which is huge in customer service I believe. Special thank you to Hector for all the hard work you put into helping me buy my trailblazer that I love !
Disappointed with the service desk. Unfriendly and made me feel like I was a burden by asking for a diagnostic check. I took my Yukon elsewhere and they fixed my coolant pump on the spot within an hour of me having it towed to them. Burke claims to be friendly and family owned, my experience today was that of a big auto dealer that didn't care if they had my business or not.
