My introduction visit to the practice of dr. Canesi was good. Meg (margareth) was amazing and performed a bi-annual cleaning. The communication was good and I knew up forehand what to expect regarding procedures and costs. dr. Canesi seemed very knowledgeable and was friendly. Unfortunately I need to go back due to cavities.
Someone cancelled their appointment so I was able to get in for a cleaning the day after I called as a new patient. The cleaning was comprehensive with no discomfort. Will continue to go here, thanks

Another excellent experience. Greeted as usual by the very friendly receptionist who remembers me. Melissa was actually early, and Dr. Canesi saw me promptly once my cleaning was done
Went to the office for a cleaning. Everyone was, as usual, friendly, efficient, and helpful. Cleaning was pretty much pain-free and drama-free. Needed an appointment to replace an old filling; got the slot I wanted. Full marks. As usual.
For more than 20 years I have traveled back into Boston due to the best care and service by Dr. Canesi and his team. Always worth the trip!

Really love this dental office. It makes me grateful to work downtown -- I can just zip over for a quick cleaning and be on my way. Both Dr. Kitsos and Dr. Canesi create a great patient experience.
