In a nutshell, I am really worried that, when I move away in a couple of months, I won't be able to find another dentist who provides the level of care and treatment that I have received from Dr. Canesi's team for going on 30 years. I know, when I go for my appointment, that I will be greeted in a friendly, courteous and professional manner and that my every concern will be noted and addressed. I am always very pleased with my visits to Dr Canesi's office!
The staff is incredibly friendly. My hygienist explained everything she was doing in a very concise manner. The facility was clean and modern, and Dr. Kitsos has a very calming and reassuring presence. 5 stars!
Very pleased with the service and attention I received.
I always have a great time at Dr. Canesi's. Yes I said GREAT time. Everyone knows your name when you walk through the door. They recall past conversations and make you feel like you're part of the family. Oh yeah, the dental work is top notch. I never have any pain and have not had to go back to have something fixed / worked on a second time. The Doc is batting 1000. ( Ted Williams would be jealous ) I could go on but you'd only be wasting time reading this review. Go See Dr. Canesi!
I was very nervous about the procedure, and all my care showed that I was heard when I said that. There was constant checking that I was doing OK. There was great follow up after the procedure.
I've been a happy patient of Dr. Kitsos for almost two decades now. My cleaning with Kim yesterday flew by and my teeth are sparkling.This team makes trips to the dentist something to look forward to. Thank you (as always)!
I have been a patient of Dr Canesi for many years. He and his friendly and very competent staff have consistently given me excellent care at a location convenient to my work in downtown Boston. While the techniques and equipment have advanced over the years, their commitment to their patients' health has been unchanging. I could not recommend them more highly.
I've been going to Dr. Canesi for more than 20 years. He is a truly wonderful dentist. He is gentle and highly skilled. Always puts you at ease and walks you through any problems and what is needed. I had a broken tooth and they were able to get me in in a few days and got it taken care of. The whole crew, from hygienists, assistants, receptionists, etc. Are all pros and couldn't be nicer. No one likes going to the dentist, but these guys sure do make it easier.
