RecommendedI would go nowhere else with an electric GM vehicle. They flat out understand these things while others in the region do not. I have to drive past about five competing dealerships to get to Burien, and will continue to do it.
This place totally took advantage of a sale with a woman & was not fair when a problem came up.
Great salesman & finance department! Purchased a used Subaru with 7k miles and “As Is”. When 5 warning lights came on and it would not shift out of park 10 miles off the lot we had an issue. ZERO help after that pretty much ruined what was an excellent experience.
This place is the god damn worst. Was told a recall would take only an hour when I called in to book the appointment. Well 3 hours later still sitting in the waiting area. Plus there phone won’t stop ringing over the speaker system, going on for about 45 minutes now. A service tech can’t figure out volume control or how to just turn it off? I’m supposed to trust these asshats with my truck?
I took my 2012 Chevy Equinox in with a check engine light. I paid over $500 to fix a problem. After I paid I got my car back. Before I left the dealership the check engine light was still on. I went back inside and was told I could drive away. Not even 3 days later the same problem exists. Not only do they have no sympathy for this, they won't own up to their mistakes.
