I really like the doctors but I’m never seen on time; it’s usually 20-40 minutes late meanwhile I’m paying a fortune for parking.
I have been seeing Dr Fernando for over 10 years and I have always left each appointment feeling heard and understood. He is kind, compassionate, and makes visiting the GP feel comfortable and welcoming. Booking appointments online is also very easy.
Dr Jolene was very caring and attentive to my two kids who were unwell with HFMD. Highly recommend this clinic and dr Jolene.
For me personally, both doctors at this clinic have been absolutely amazing. Their level of care, compassion and thoroughness has genuinely been outstanding and I cannot fault the medical care I received from them at all. I truly felt listened to and supported by the doctors themselves. Unfortunately, my experience with reception was the complete opposite.
