Mike did an excellent job! He goes way beyond what is expected. Not only does he have awesome experience working with people buying and selling homes but also has the work experience to know things to look for in homes regarding structural issues etc. Many times I wanted to give up looking for houses but he would go the extra step to find the home I needed that I didn't believe existed. Whoever says selling your home is a pain obviously didn't have Mike as their realtor. Selling our home was a breeze! Mike was very knowledgable on the best way to go about selling our home. He gave a "sneak peak" of our home before we put it up for sale. We decieded to put it fully on the market the same day as our first open house. We had an offer 45 minutes into our open house!
