The good: Amber is patient, friedly and warm. She is always on time and acknowledges my limitations. She tries her best to get your medications correct. The bad: The way they work is arcaic. There is no electronic way to send a message or an email to your medical provider. Yes, there is a portal, and you can receive messages, but you cannot send them. Amber Grimm is a great psychiatrist!! Very attentive and personable and friendly. She is very helpful and actually cares about her patients. She’s not just all business, she actually listens to her patients and cares about them. I would recommend her to anyone dealing and seeking a psychiatrist for any kind of mental health issues.
