Prime Residence Group took over this property a little over a year ago and it has gotten worse. The grounds of the property filthy there's trash everywhere. The dumpsters overflow with trash. The breezeways of apartments are dirty. Before you decide to rent here come view the property and see for yourself.
I can't wait to move. As soon as it gets cold, we have no hot water and of course no heat. All the promises of fixing up all the outdated cabinets, appliances etc...was just a lie. Anything we complain about to management doesn't get taken care of, just some excuse. The always want to blame Burgundy Courts for all our problems; they gone now, plus we could get our issues resolved quicker with Burgundy. We can never use our dumpsters. My rent went up over $100, plus they added WiFi to our lease without asking did we want it. ... read more
Hello I have been living here for quite some time and I. Absolutely. Enjoy living here.the grounds are always clean management, Savi's professional and kind maintenance is on top of their work. And I understand if it can't be fixed. Same day. That means materials have to be ordered.I am so happy. I made the decision to be here. Prime residents group and prima white oak is a great place to say.

Do not move here it is infested with roaches they will give you a hard time getting people to spray Ashley got a smart mouth on the phone keyword on the phone they never take to accountability always it was the other owner but they have been here 2 years nothing has gotten better only worst then she wanted to tell me how they replaced the boiler that’s what you are supposed to do but ok these people charged me 100 because there was something with my name on it at the dumpster but did not take into consideration that maybe r... read more
