HORRIBLE place. If you have no issues, they're decent, but if anything goes wrong, prepare for hell. Kimberly, the blonde manager is absolutely awful and they will charge you hundreds of dollars for "cleaning" upon move out even if you clean. I'm not doubting the charges were extremely exaggerated though simply because we complained about mold that they didn't even take care of. They are a joke. I have never had my damage deposit taken PLUS charged extra just for cleaning and blinds..
RecommendedThe management team is really helpful and friendly with any concerns. I'm going on my 2nd year and the apartments are very spacious, laundry is never backed up so I've never had to wait to do laundry, plus it's coin less which is awesome! Even though I live on the ground floor I've never had any issues with noise from any neighbors above or around. They do a really great job at keeping the property clean and kept. I have been living here for 27 years and I just love it here. I love the way my manager and assistant manager get along with their staff which I am a caretaker at Hillsboro Court. All staff members here get along very well with each other and that makes it very easy to do your job. I would recommend living here if you want to live in a community where the staff puts your needs first.
