They did an amazing job cleaning the carpets in our entire home. Not to mention everyone was absolutely lovely to chat with!
I had a listing that needed the basement floor cleaned and deodorized. Kathy was quick to set up everything with my out of state seller and had a crew out the next day! I will definitely be recommending them in the future!
They usually do a nice job cleaning carpets but not reliable for showing up on time.
I had a little flood in my downstairs area, Bill came out on a Saturday night and saved my carpet. Service is top notch. I can’t thank him enough. I have used Burgs for carpet and furniture, they do an awesome job. I refer them to everyone. It’s always good to support a local family business.
Got our carpet cleaned on 5/11/18 and two technicians came out (Cam & Nolan) and they were very professional, friendly and hard-working! They took their time cleaning thoroughly and we were very satisfied how clean the carpet was......unlike other carpet cleaning companies we have used in the past that show up and usually are in and out so quick rushing the job and once it dries out the dirt rises to the top surface looking worse! I highly recommend Burg’s! �

I used Burg's Custom Cleaning for the first time today and they did not disappoint! They showed up on time and were extremely professional! I had my living room and 2 pieces of furniture cleaned. I wasn't expecting it to take 3.5 hours but I didn't mind at all because they were diligent about getting every spot that needed extra attention due to pet accidents.
