Burg's cleaned the carpets in my office and home. They took their time and did an excellent job. The stains didn't show through after the carpet dried! I will use them again and recommend you do too :)
Had somewhat of a carpet cleaning emergency. Called the company I have used 2x a year for almost 20 years and guess what - they had no openings and didn't seem to care that they couldn't help me out. I remembered seeing Burg's post on FB so I decided to give them a call after trying a couple other larger/franchise type chains with no success. My puppy got into my oil paints and ran through my house. It was a total disaster and looked like a crime scene! I thought all my carpet was ruined and if you know anything about oil paints, it's probably the toughest stain to remove, nearly impossible. I was balling my eyes out black paint everywhere! They came out same day so worth the money!
