Very happy with my experience. Was met with great customer service. Will be using again.
I unfortunately had a terrible experience with this company installing my gas fireplace insert. The biggest issue of many was that they wired it to my basement suite electrical panel rather than the main house panel, and then pretended I had agreed to that. Also damaged ceiling tiles during the wiring. In the end, the owner said he would "in good faith" hire an electrician to "appease me", but never took accountability.
