Went in the office today for our first consultation. My husband and I both immediately noticed how kind the staff was and how friendly Dr. Bailey was. The doctor made my son (with special needs) feel comfortable about getting braces. Matter of fact he left smiling, instead of crying!

I would highly recommend Dr. Bailey to anyone in need of orthodontics. He is very patient and kind with my daughter and has always taken the time to answers all my questions. He has a wonderful staff that are very helpful and always friendly. He has amazing chocolate chip cookies too at the end of each visit! Definitely always a positive experience!

We are new patients at Bailey Orthodontics. The office manager is very knowledgeable and professional. She explained the whole process to us and all the payment options. Dr. Bailey then sat down with us and went over the treatment plan. We have had several appointments and they have all been very pleasant experiences. My daughter was nervous and the staff was very patient and reassuring.

Dr. Bailey and his staff are great! I currently have two children in braces and I can't imagine how it could be any easier on our family. Dr. Bailey assessed my children's needs and then came up with a plan to fit them with the orthodontic solution best for them. I researched him and others before we came to him. Others were happy with is work and three different dentists recommended him over any other orthodontist. I expected braces to break my bank. I have nothing but positive things to say about Dr. Bailey and his team. They have made my 12 year old son (and myself) feel comfortable through all phases of his braces thus far. Communication is friendly and clear and the care has been excellent. Although we frequent the Rockrimmon office because it's in our neighborhood, both offices are very inviting. Dr. Bailey and his staff have provided me with more than excellent orthodontics. The service and care are outstanding but what sets them apart is the feeling that when you are there, you are family. In my case, the locations couldn't be more convenient and though the new facility in Glen Eagle is lovely, I still use the Rockrimmon location and find it to be clean comfortable and inviting. We love Dr. Bailey! I have recommended his office to at least four other families! He has treated both of my daughters. He is knowledgeable, fair and super friendly! His staff is very accommodating and nice. I highly recommend this office!
