Had a great experience purchasing the home. Their warranty side of things is terrible. Company won’t do what’s right when the time comes. Tile flooring cracking from foundation shifting and refusing to honor a warranty claim on a house that’s less than 2 years old. Really disappointing. Hopefully they will do the right thing!
