Great care from Dr. Burgess! Definitely trust her!
Dr. Karen Burgess has given excellent care for my daughter since birth, for the past 8 years. Highly recommend!
They are slow about doing everything referrals, shot records, making apts. It took them 4 times to get my daughters shot record right and have yet to do the referral they said they would do 2 months ago. You cant take your kid in to be seen if they are sick unless a nurse "approves" it. I've been nursing in pediatrics for 2+ years, I think I know when my kid should be seen by a doctor. They are always rude every time I call. As soon as I can I am switching doctors.
