Burgess Family Carpet Care sent a friendly, professional, and efficient technician who did an excellent carpet cleaning job. even though the service was not the cheapest, it was well worth it because i have two large dogs that track in mud and leave a lot of hair in the carpet. he cleaned far better than other carpet cleaning services i have used before, and i would gladly book the same technician again. The difference was amazing. Our carpets looked truly deep cleaned, felt fresh, and were dry within just a few hours. Brian has been taking care of our carpet and hard floor cleaning for a long time, and we trust him completely. Even when we are away, we feel comfortable having him handle the job because he is reliable, careful, and professional. Now ... read more
My husband and i have been using this carpet cleaning service for years, and they do an awsome job every time. They take time to inspect the carpet, explain the cleaning process in simple terms, and make sure high-traffic areas get extra attention. We continue to have them come to our home twice a year to deep clean our carpets, and the results always make the who... read more
