So grateful we found Brian for carpet cleaning in Baldwin Park. We had our carpets cleaned twice recently, and this was our first time using him. He clearly explained the carpet cleaning process, answered questions right away, and made scheduling easy and convenient. Brian was friendly, professional, and on time. We had beautiful wall-to-wall carpet installed a while ago. After the first tenant moved out, there was a large stain left behind. We had another carpet cleaning service try to remove it, and it looked a little better, but the stain was still easy to see. Later, after the next tenant moved in and out, the carpet had an even deeper and larger stain. Terrence is incredibly thorough with carpet cleaning. He spots problem areas in the home that most people would easily miss. His service may cost a little more, but it is absolutely worth it for the results. I had about 2,500 square feet of white Berber carpet, including the stairs, and it had become so dark and stained that I thought it was beyond saving. I’m very happy with the carpet cleaning service we received from Burgess Family Carpet Care. Terrence spent plenty of time with me on the phone going over our carpet concerns, explaining possible causes of the stains and odors, and sharing helpful cleaning ideas in simple terms.
