We ordered some to-go food here a week or so ago, and the burgers were red inside still. They were actually cold and completely uncooked. Luckily we noticed before my daughters ate them, although one of them took a bite. I was so grossed out. I know it could have been a mistake - but I left my complaint with them and they took my contact information to I could talk with management. Nobody ever bothered contacting me. So sad because Burgerville has been a staple in our area for decades. It's really gone downhill.

Food is not fresh and has that microwave taste to the meat. The employee named Julia is very unkind and unprofessional. My order was missing several items. I will never be back.

They put a burger that was not cooked all the way in my grandson's kid's meal. Thank goodness his mom noticed it when she cut it in half. E-coli anyone? Burgerville is not our go to anymore. The burger was so obviously not cooked all the way. It was red inside. Not pink, red.

Do not go to this burgerville. I went their this morning and ordered the breakfast platter and when I got to work the hash browns were still frozen and everything else was cold. I called and the guy refused to credit my money back to my card. The tweaker who cooks the food needs to go to rehab and learn how to cook.
I've been back in Camas from Las Vegas for nearly a month now, and I have been to this Burgerville a couple of times. Once, I've seen this Matt guy act immature and all "fun", but have shouted at his employers to get back to work and stop wasting time. So this guy is allowed to set a bad example for the company by acting too weird for his own good, but then turning around and practically yelling at his employers, the people who work for him, to stop "playing around". The staff is amazing and very friendly. The food definitely is worth the little extra in price. But you can taste the quality. Love that they take care of the employees with insurance and benefits if they need it. Thanxs for being a great part of the communities in our areas. Luvs
Burgerville is always good, I just wish they weren't so expensive.
