We used to eat a burgerville at least once a week. Recently they changed their menu for healthy eaters. Our meal was $20 and tasted like a burger king burger. The buns were cheap and they only offer a few options for dressing....which were disgusting. My husbands burger was basically all sauce. We didnt finish our meals...it was too grotesque.

Please let the manger know that you were referred to the store through the Facebook page and were told to call so that they will know who you are. Again, thank you for letting us know as this is not something that we take lightly.
Love the idea of burgerville but never enough sauce on the burgers or enough greens.
