customer service is terrible I went through the drive thru they took my order and forgot I was there. I went inside and told them what happened they laughed I will never be a customer there. I support local business but not burgerville. Remember you cant spell customer without us

The raspberry lemonade was great! Just like their Anasazi bean burger � I missed the asparagus though, maybe that's just a seasonal thing �
Why can’t your drive thru orders be right? When I say hamburger and the receipt says it, and I still get “cheeseburgers” that’s really annoying. And a waste of my time and money. Happened again today at this location. American cheese isn’t even cheese!

I will never step foot in there again, service sucked, staff was rude, food tasted like air. even the drinks were flat. How do you do that? I'd live on McDonald's before I go back there again.
i got food poisoning from one of their burgers and management wouldn't even apologize
you pay out the ass for burgers to get slow service and your order wrong. we had one modification and its even on the receipt.
I had the fish and chips with an order of onion rings. Like the f&c. LOVED the onion rings.
