If the part open to the public is indicative of the kitchen then stay away. Place looked like a rest stop restroom.
The employees at this location were beyond rude. Went as far as to shut the door in our face and throw our bag at us. I do not recommend anyone go there.

As I sit here... And mind you its the 5th time we've come here, our "fresh food" takes stale as ... The guy at the counter (dark brown hair and glasses) had me repeat my order 3 times. Dude, large fry. Then he gets mad because I ask for a manager. I doubt I will bring my kids back. They always forget something or cook it wrong or give us the wrong food. Unless its simple, its too hard on them. They should just close their doors at this point. If you can't get the things right, then just don't do business.

I really love Burgerville. I grew up enjoying all they have to offer. But tonight I was disappointed. I ordered the three piece fish and chips. I have been ordering this item for years from many different Burgerville establishments. So I am very familiar with the consistency, and quality of the product. Tonight I received one of the orders had 2 normal sized pieces of fish and one very small almost 1/3 the size. a beautiful thing I just had the pleasure to witness, a hearing impaired man came in and was writing his order and a handsome youngman helped finish his transaction by signing with him. It was not the fact he could sign but the fact that he eased the mans anxiety/stress of communicating his order. #acceptance #signing #burgerville #beautiful #community
