Food was SO NOT MADE TO ORDER. When I asked the young girl "are these made to order" she said what's what mean. Case closed. We will NEVER go to that BV again :-( Food was cold and old
First off I am a long time supporter of Burgerville and I have went out of my way just to get your Basic Hamburger with extra ketchup on it many times. Very simple order! Well my wife and I went out of our way on Saturday afternoon to stop and get 6 Basic Burgers with extra ketchup....... We went in and ordered them to go..... We left and by the time we notice how bad and wrong the order was we were out of town headed for the Mtn. It seriously was the worst Burger I have ever had...... We stopped by as we were driving home on a road trip and we were very happy. Great food and a clean bathroom, We will go here again!

Stopped in on our way back home and the employees at this location are the nicest I have ever experienced. They were friendly and very understanding when my child spilled his soda. It made our meal that much better.
