Everyone is very nice there, but they just cannot get our orders right the first time. Even with online ordering.

Some of the best food around. Period. But, I'm a little creeped out, by the fact that facebook knew I was there without checking in.
I love Burgerville, but this one was TERRIBLE! Food was wrong, cold burgers, not friendly. Will never come back to this one again. �

What I love is how I can get a burger and fries for breakfast! Cooked to order, no less! It's a little pricey for breakfast, but it's a great burger, and I swear you will find no better fries than at Burgerville.

Waited 15 minutes for ice cream as I watched 6 members of the staff standing at the counter on their cell phones and talking as I walk up and ask them about having to wait so long they scroll back to my order and said oh sorry you must have gotten bumped..... excuse me? I told the manager working that his team was standing there and seen us waiting with a number and didn't even bother to check in on us.... horrible customer service!!! First and last time
