Absolute shitty service. Paid $13 for a tri-tip sandwich and it had one thin slice of meat. We returned it, saying we weren't going to pay for such a sad sandwich. The loser on register was unprofessional & making stupid remarks to my boyfriend asking why he needs the refund so badly since he was wearing a Gucci watch saying that it must be fake. This joint is trashy and the employees are ghetto, I do not recommend.
Squeezed in at 7:46 (closing time was 8:00), and they were very friendly and accommodating. Went outside to sit on the patio tables but noticed that they were already locked. Not a problem, however, as the cashier was right behind us with the key and insisted that it was no problem for us to sit there and even joked that it would be easier to clean up. My first time there and it was so good and the kids loved it. Best burger I have tried in a long time. The grilled chicken Cesar salad was great. I will defiantly come back.

We had a bunch of food all amazing kids burger 2 bacon burgers a tri- tip sandwich garlic fries and reg. All amazing 4th time and we'll keep coming!
This is one of my all time favorite burger places. The BBQ bacon cheeseburger and the shakes are the best I have tasted. Price is reasonable also.
I love Burgerocity, i go there everytime i go to the movies. The service is great and the food is amazing!
I was sadly disappointed again. I ordered a Chicago dog and it came right out. The first bite was warm, every other bite was cold. I had only time to eat and get back to work. As I was leaving, I pointed out that half the dog was left because it was cold and the man said he'd leave a note? Then he said would you like another one? No I had to go. I have had a great hamburger here, and enjoy the atmosphere, but I'm going to need my 10 dollar hot dog combo cooked! I'm sorry but I probably won't be going back.
