We have tried 2x since they reopened and both times our order was incomplete, took OVER AN HOUR, and the food was overcooked. How is the overall rating of this place above 4stars? Look at all the recent bad reviews!!!!
The wait was half an hour with no one else in the restaurant. The entire place had an overwhelming smell of porta potty; this is not a euphemism, it literally smelled strongly like a portable toilet. Absolutely disgusting to operate a restaurant like that, hopefully the health inspector comes around soon. I don't know what happened here, but this place is in shambles now. Nothing like it used to be.
Food was good but it was unbelievably slow, took over 30 minutes for three fries and a shake and there weren’t many people in there
I was genuinely excited when BurgerFi Saratoga reopened, but the experience was a huge disappointment. It took over an hour to receive our order, with no communication or explanation for the delay. During that time, several customers became frustrated and left altogether. After 52 minutes of waiting, I went up for the first time to ask where I was on the order list and was told that I needed to “be patient,” which was dismissive and unprofessional given how long the wait already was. Ok so there is a sewer problem here. Like a health code violation issue. Also i went here all the time before it closed and reopened. This is not the same food. idk what sorcery they did to raise this place from the dead but they should have left it- this is the gross zombie version of what it once was. I hope the new owner only feels shame and disgrace.
