Tried BurgerFi tonight and to say I was extremely disappointed is an understatement. They were out of icecream, custards and most of their fountain drinks. When I kindly expressed to Jill that unfortunately I didn't drink soda and I would like a refund she gladly gave it to me and then proceed to charge me more for my burger and fries then it did with the drink and not only that she went ahead and rang me up for a large fry rather than the size that came with the "meal". Great Customer Service, Very Friendly, Food is always freshly made, portions are awesome, they care about their customers, people just need to understand that workers work hard and deserve respect, it goes a long way, especially if you are having someone else cook your food for you, show appreciation, this BurgerFi location is the best out of all locations I’ve visited so far.

I came in here to cool off and some guy sitting inside not really doing anything he asked me what do I need I said can I cool off inside for a sec he said no in the rudest way this extremely ruined my day and I almost passed out I just donated blood and this guy told me this isn’t Starbucks it’s a restaurant what a joke.
