RecommendedI went to pick up food for some coworkers that called in an order last week, when I got there, they didn't have the order. One of the workers (didn't catch his name) went above and beyond to make sure to get the order ready ASAP. Apparently when you call to order it goes to their corporate location and not the actual store so it takes time for corporate to send the order over. RecommendedWent later in the evening, had burgers and fries that were great. After dinner went to grab concretes then realized they had actually closed while we were eating. They were very nice and happy to still make us the concretes. As we were eating desert, not being rushed out of the restaurant, a couple walked in. The manager told them they were closed but ended up letting them come in and order way after closing with a smile on his face (presumably, his mask was on). They don’t care about their employees! After a man was both verbally and physically assaulted in a brutal hate crime they fired him and said he was at fault too
You should be ashamed of yourselves! Your employee should have NEVER had to get beaten by a customer when the FIRST interaction took place YOU should have asked those men to LEAVE!! Instead you ALLOWED it to happen then fired your employee over it! SMH
Homophobic enablers who will just watch you get beaten up while you're on shift and then fire you for getting beat. Would not recommend.
