I LOVE BurgerFi. Unfortunately, service at the Auburn location has went swiftly downhill since the opening. My burger has been incorrect numerous times lately including tonight. Service was painfully slow and employees were unapologetic. I feel this is unfortunate as the concept (and generally the food) is great. I will stick to the Opelika location for now.
