BurgerFi launched 2011 after becoming dissatisfied by a hamburger market filled with low quality, fast food chains. Our vision is to offer fresh food, made from scratch daily with all-natural ingredients and an emphasis on quality. We started in a gourmet kitchen where chefs combined and tested ingredients until world class recipes we created. Cool atmosphere, nice staff, great onion rings, and a decent burger. Huge fry and onion ring portions but the burger was quite small. I am a low carb eater and was able to get my burger with lettuce instead of the bun....FOR AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE! What?? An extra 50 cents to NOT give me a bun? Iceberg lettuce is just as cheap, or cheaper than that BurgerFi stamped bun. 🙄

for the price you pay for these burgers, you could get a better tasting meal for the same price of just the burger at McDonald’s or Burger King. My husband and I ordered the bacon cheeseburger and a side of fries because for $8 they aren’t included. The menu doesn’t mention that it has a sauce on it and hubby is a picky eater. They did remake his burger without the sauce, so the customer service here was great. The fries were tasteless and dry. So, the experience at this place wasn’t horrible, but it’s not worth the cost.
