BurgerFi launched 2011 after becoming dissatisfied by a hamburger market filled with low quality, fast food chains. Our vision is to offer fresh food, made from scratch daily with all-natural ingredients and an emphasis on quality. We started in a gourmet kitchen where chefs combined and tested ingredients until world class recipes we created. I was really impressed with my 1st visit, but was SERIOUSLY disappointed in both food and staff tonight on our 2nd visit to your location. Feel free to message me if you would like to turn this experience around. #coldfood #needabetterexperience
I have been in to eat twice. Both times the food was excellent. I think the buns are potato rolls. The meat is really good and the fries are pretty good too. Being the first week open, the wait for food was about 20 minutes. This was after a 15 minute wait to order. It should get shorter as the long lines subside.
Good, but expensive. Probably will not be back.
$2.77 for a beverage I get myself?! The kicker here is that, granted, I am paying over $6 for a grass fed all beef burger, only to have it over done and no Fi sauce on it!!! Who do these guys think they are?! You guys really are dropping the ball here. Winter Park has consistently better product and even Lake Mary for that matter as well. A better floor plan does not a make for a better dining experience.
Staff and environment was great, very clean and modern but they got my order wrong, it was super over cooked, and the burger was smaller than I expected for the price I paid. Overall I've had cheaper better burgers
The Food and service is impeccable!!
I'm biased for sure, but I love this place.
