Very bad taste, oily chicken, over cooked
The worst ever, don’t risk and try it
Food is horrible Very bad experience with the staff and the manager, I’m submitting a complaint now to their corporate offices
decided to try y'all for the 1st time and I couldnt even order my food with out things my kid has an allergy and was told that they cant take cheese off a burger or customize them. tried to call the store and ask them and the lady was rude and didnt give a flying crap about my kids allergy.
Recommendedgreat food! would come back
Too long to get your food they no longer sell of onion rings and don’t have it out the door hoping you’ll buy something else once you waste your time getting there
RecommendedWe ate at The Altamonte location today, and had the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a burger joint, I believe her name was Cha’lea. She went above and beyond To help our large group, and even brought out treats for our children. She was so sweet and happy! Such Exceptional service! 🥰
Recommendedlove the easy peasy pickup process, especially with the app. instant order and pay, then just walk in and grab your order from the pickup table. all employees wearing masks and no worries at all.
Recommendedgreat management, thank you for your kindness.
