BurgerFi launched 2011 after becoming dissatisfied by a hamburger market filled with low quality, fast food chains. Our vision is to offer fresh food, made from scratch daily with all-natural ingredients and an emphasis on quality. Very bad taste, oily chicken, over cooked

decided to try y'all for the 1st time and I couldnt even order my food with out things my kid has an allergy and was told that they cant take cheese off a burger or customize them. tried to call the store and ask them and the lady was rude and didnt give a flying crap about my kids allergy.

Too long to get your food they no longer sell of onion rings and don’t have it out the door hoping you’ll buy something else once you waste your time getting there
We ate at The Altamonte location today, and had the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a burger joint, I believe her name was Cha’lea. She went above and beyond To help our large group, and even brought out treats for our children. She was so sweet and happy! Such Exceptional service! 🥰
love the easy peasy pickup process, especially with the app. instant order and pay, then just walk in and grab your order from the pickup table. all employees wearing masks and no worries at all.
