BurgerFi launched 2011 after becoming dissatisfied by a hamburger market filled with low quality, fast food chains. Our vision is to offer fresh food, made from scratch daily with all-natural ingredients and an emphasis on quality. We started in a gourmet kitchen where chefs combined and tested ingredients until world class recipes we created. I paid extra to have a cheeseburger with lettuce instead of bread and this is what they put, wilted, brown wilted lettuce with three pounds of ketchup . I had asked for extra of mushrooms, grilled onions but that was not included. 7.50 for a blob of ketchup and a dried out party that looked more like the frozen Angus patty sold at Costco . Never again!!! I will not visit this establishment anymore. What a joke and the fries completely burned brown looked like they sat in the grease for an hour after frying. Disgusting !!
