I paid extra to have a cheeseburger with lettuce instead of bread and this is what they put, wilted, brown wilted lettuce with three pounds of ketchup . I had asked for extra of mushrooms, grilled onions but that was not included. 7.50 for a blob of ketchup and a dried out party that looked more like the frozen Angus patty sold at Costco .
